At LaceMade, we want you to feel enchanting in every piece; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all delicate lace and tags intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online Return Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold your items into their original branded packaging to prevent damage to the delicate fabrics during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
